Payment & Invoicing Guide

Thank you for choosing to publish with Animal Research Perspectives (ARP). This guide provides detailed instructions for completing the payment of the Article Processing Charge (APC) following the acceptance of your manuscript.

1. When to Pay

The APC is due upon acceptance of your manuscript for publication. You will receive an official invoice via email from our editorial office shortly after the acceptance decision. Payment must be completed before your article proceeds to the final production and online publication stages.

2. Who Should Pay

The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring the APC is paid. Payment can be made by the author, their institution, or a funding body on their behalf. Please ensure that the payment contact details provided are accurate to avoid any delays.

3. Payment Methods

ARP offers the following secure payment options:

· Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer): You may pay via bank transfer using the bank details provided on your invoice-. Please quote your invoice number and manuscript ID as the payment reference to ensure your payment is correctly allocated-.

· Cheque: Payment by cheque may be accepted. Please refer to the instructions on your invoice for the correct mailing address.

4. How to Request an Invoice

An official receipt (paid invoice) will be provided for your records, which can be used for reimbursement purposes-. Please allow 3–5 business days for the receipt to be generated after payment is captured.

6. Institutional and Consortial Payments

If your institution or funding body has a pre-existing agreement with ARP, or if they will be covering the APC on your behalf, please ensure they include your Manuscript ID and Invoice Number when making the payment.

For institutions interested in establishing a pre-paid or discounted APC arrangement with ARP, please contact us at ArpEditor@iacademic.info.
